how much gym is too much gym?

hi, i work out quite a bit. some days it would be something like an hour of boxing, an hour of spin/conditioning, and about an hour of weights, maybe a bit more than an hour of weights. i eat enough. and i take whey protein before and after, with casein at night. and i always make sure i eat propperly, i eat like 3 times a day with 2 snack periods. i train for boxing though not for body building,
wud the time i spend in the gym be detrimental to my body despite my good diet and protein shakes?

just some additional information,
i'm a vegan boxer so i need some of my protein from my protein shakes,

and Syd-Syd, no offence but i won't take advice from someone who says "diets are bad" because i said i have a good diet. google the definition of diet.
