How much graphics memory is included in the Mobile Broadband Vostro 3350?

I looked on the page for the New Vostro 3350, it says that it comes with "AMD Radeon HD 6490M graphics with 160 cores + ultra-fast GDDR5 memory".

1. When it says "160 cores + ultra-fast GDDR5 memory", what exactly does this mean?
2. Also, the game that I want to play (Medieval Total War 2) needs 128 Mb graphics card memory. Does this computer have this?
