How much $ for AC work Honda Civic DX '95?

Honda Civic DX '95 - How much should I expect to pay for AC, evvacuate system / reinstall 134 , test for leaks. I am fed up with the shop that I have now paid $160 with 3 trips back & still leaking freon in the radiator area I told them about last trip. Looks like it needs a new seal on the return line and re-charged 134 , leak test . They want to keep charging me $ for the same work & no warranty since I had gotten an A/C line replaced with a used part which is NOT where the leak is coming from. Appreciate any feedback !
