If it is in drivable condition, it could be worth a few thousand. It is a very old truck and even if it doesn't have lots of miles on it, things wear out just with time. 75 is not a very collectible year, so don't expect to make a lot of money if you plan to restore it and resell it. You most certainly will have to put money into it. What is the guy asking? If it looks really good, make an offer. I have seen some go for a few hundred dollars, and others were asking close to ten thousand.
