I am 22yrs old and pregnant I'm thinking about applying to Apollo college for the RC program they it is a 2yr program and the tuition it 41,408. The only problem is that i have little money. I make about 500 a month as a server. I do get government assistants. So i was wondering if anybody had a estimate on how much i would get

Being pregnant will not qualify you for independence, so if you don't meet any of the other criteria for fafsa independence, it will also depend on your parents' income. The maximum Pell grant is $5,350/year and the maximum you can take out in federal stafford loans as a dependent freshman is $5,500 for the year. So, that's $10,850 for the year if you qualify for the maximum. Your fafsa will be based on your previous years' taxes. Your parents will need to take out PLUS loans, you'll need to qualify for private loans, or you're going to need a lot of scholarships to earn another $30,000 for the year. Have you looked at going to a community college? You can get a 2-year degree for less than $6,000 total at some school's.
