I was recently accepted to Grad School, I filled out a fafsa and was was denied aid because I worked full time last year. Now I'm getting ready to start a 3 year full time program and need some help...

I think it all depends on when, and how much you worked in the past year, also if you have lived with your parents, and how much money your parents both make.

Not surprising. What degree are you getting? A masters usually receives no financial aid. A PhD will get aid, but usually under assistantships and fellowships. It is going to be this way for me, I'm a history major looking at grad school, but aid is tricky and depending on school extremely competitive.

I find it unlikely that you were denied all financial aid. It's more likely that you were denied grants. Grants are not available for graduate study no matter how much you worked. You probably still qualified for at least an unsubsidized stafford loan. That's your best option for federal aid. Otherwise, look into graduate assistantships that pay your tuition in exchange for teaching and/or research. But, since you're already in a program, that might not be an option.
