How much financial aid can I get from UIC?

My mom's extremely worried about the cost for college because we just really can't afford to go anywhere really expensive, so we were thinking about UIC because it's already cheap as it is, and we were hoping I could get a scholarship.

So I was wondering, how good of a scholarship would I get if I had a 4.25 gpa, and a 33 ACT? would it help a lot?

Oh and I also had some pretty significant health problems that kept me from doing well in high school and I was planning to include it in my essay; would it help?

I would like to suggest you to go for the education loan scheme. There are so many banks out there who would like to provide you the education loan which will actually help you to tackle the problem of cost.
