How much exercises is 'regular excercise?'?

Im trying to lose weight and one of the setting to a diary planner is ...couch potato, occational walker, regular excerisve, or very athtic..i dont know where i stand
I ride my bike everyday at the hardest pedle so i can really feel it in my tighs and i go for about 30 minnutes sometimes i do that twice a day...but then i dont know if thats enought and then i dont wanna it to be like pressure to work out

therefore if i am lazy i can not feel quilty.

What should i do?
