I have a bad habit of not exercising for the entire week, then doing a lot of exercising on one day. Is this bad?
I play badminton for 2 hours on Wednesdays and walk to/from school about 15mins every day but that's about it. Snowboarding season kinda ended so I can't do that anymore
In the summer I longboard at least an hour every day but it's cold and rainy in the winter/spring/fall which makes me really don't want to exercise. I know. Bummer.
I'm pretty busy with academics so I don't want to do anything hardcore. I don't want to get really skinny; I just want to be healthy so I don't drop dead of heart disease or something. If I swim for about an hour on the weekends would this be enough for me? I'm a 17 year old girl, if that helps.
