How much exercise should i do?

I'm 15, 5''7 and 118lbs. I just want to maintain my weight and keep reasonably fit.

I have an elliptical, it's hard for me to do 1 hour every day (on top of school)
So whats best?
30 mins a day? Or 1 hour every 2 days? Or just ensuring i do 3 hours per week?
I eat reasonably healthy, as a teen it's just nice to have a guilt free treat every few days.
Any advice appreciated, thanks :)
