how much exercise is too much?

You should always start low and work your way up. Walking is grat exercise. Instead of increasing situps try adding another low impact exercise to target other mussels and areas
 
I'm a 21 year old female who weighs 184 pounds and is 5ft 5in tall. In the past 7 months i've lost 6 stone through diet and exercise. At first the only exercise I did was walking my dog for about half an hour a day. Now however I'm walking for an hour and a half every day and also straight after my walk i'm doing two forty minute workout dvd's and after this do 200 sit ups and then another 200 sit ups before bed. I'm doing this everyday.Do you think i'm doing too much? I feel like i'm doing too little

Well steady training for seven months I can see why you don't feel like its enough. Start throwing push ups, jump rope, jumping jacks, ski jumps, squats.....you'll get toned and look leaner.
