How much exercise does a Siberian Husky or Samoyed dog need?

I know the Siberian Husky needs a lot of exercise, but what about the Samoyed? Would a Samoyed be happy living in an apartment with no yard, if it got two 40 min walks everyday and went to the park 3-4 times per week?
