It's the start of November. If I were to lose about 5 kilos before Christmas (end of December) how much exercise per day would I need? I am a 15 year old female, about 167 cm tall, I weigh 57/58 kg. I do at least an hour of exercise each day and get the 10,000 steps in too, haha. My calorie intake per day is about 1000-1800. So do any of you know how much I would have to do to reach that goal? Help would be much appreciated!
