How much exercise do I need each day?

Well I have about 50 days to lose 20 pounds, but while I'm losing the 20 I plan on gaining muscle. I know how to eat healthy but not really sure on how much exercise. So again I need to lose 2.5 - 3.0 lbs each week. What exercises do I need to do each day and for how long ( hours, minutes?)? By the way I'm a male and 5' 6 - 5' 7.
 
Excersize for 1 hour and 10 mins each day.
Eat a balenced diet with your 5 a day in it.
Stretch before and after you excersize.
Don't break the routine you get in otherwise your body won't cope with the excersizing
In 48 days you should have lost 21 pounds.
