How much exactly can u customized when ordering a car?

I wanted a honda element in the past, and got excited when the element sc came out. The SC looks so much better on the outside, but the inside is another story. When ordering the car online u can't seem to do what I want. I basically want the interorior of the plain element in the sc, what I mean is get rid of the bulky center console in the sc, and replace the stupid carpet with rubber floors, have the blue gauge lights instead of red and I guess i'll just have the seats re upholstered that I know I can have done, but the floor, lights and console need to be changed out.

can I have those things done?
