How much does the Ford Employee Discount Really Save?

So how much does the discount really save? I remember in 2005 when I bought my Chevrolet the truck ended up being marked down by like 10k. Im interested in buying a new truck and I really like the Fords. I asked a dealer how much and he tried to quote me something like $36,495 for a truck. Im guessing thats without the discount?
