how much does the black berry storm 2 and 1 cost at verizon?

on the verizon website i was looking at the black berry storm 2 and 1 and i saw a price that said ''full retail price $499''..is it really 500 dollars??
 
That would be the price if you did not want to sign a contract, or if you're not eligible to upgrade.. You can also buy a used Storm in like-new condition from Verizon- $130 for Storm 1 or $180 for Storm 2
