how much is the hourly pay? and what is the average tips for a 4 hour shift, 3 days a week
how much do i expect on average to make in 16 hours a week there including pay and tips?
 
It all depends on so much! Will you wait tables or be a host/hostess? Host/hostesses get minimum wage and no tips - unless they are "tipped out" by the servers (servers sometimes share their tips if suggested by management)

Tips depend on your shift, such as lunch or dinner, weekend or weeknight. Most likely, for fairness, you'll have a combination schedule. Average $25 per hour on weekends, $10 on weeknights.

I wouldn't recommend restaurant work unless you are young and need extra money while in school or as a second job (unless you are seeking a career in restaurant management).
