I was asked to write a script that would allow users for a site to upload pictures. The site is pure HTML and looks like it's from the late 90s, so i'll need to make it database driven with mysql and the image script is fairly straight forward. I do not like doing the actual design of sites, so i'll leave it alone.
How much should I charge to do this, note this is a side project and I have a degree in Computer Science.
