How much does it cost to unlock a vodafone mobile?

Okay, i want this phone but it only comes with vodafone. I want to unlock it to switch to telstra. By doing it through on the vodafone website. Does anyone know how much it costs to unlock it. Because it says save $25 by doing it online.

um. no offence i have no idea what you just said. and besides im in australia.
 
I paid £15 ($30) to have mine unlocked and then still had to get the new mobile company to sort out picture messaging, but it is handy to have a phone which I can now use any SIM card in. Still comes up with the Vodafone message at the beginning though. I would recommend it for your spare phone, but not your main one.
