How much does it cost to run a Graphic Design business/ How much do I charge my clients?

Yearly. No employees, just me. The office I have my eye on is $675/ mo, and outside of utilities and phone service, I have no idea what startup is, much less yearly overhead. I'd like to make around 25,000-37,000 a year, as a general salary. My services will be brochure, business card, postcard and flyer design. And I don't know what anything else will cost, so please don't send me to websites with tables and graphs. I need a quote.

I'm still a student, so please consider this when you answer. I plan to charge on a project-by-project basis.
