how much does it cost to replace or repair the trunk of a car?

I used to have a wing on my 03` honda civic (installed by an idiot) and now it's off and their are 4 lovely holes left behind! Just wondering how much it costs to fix it .. or if it can't be saved.. replace it?!

& also how much does it cost to remove a pin stripe off the side of the car?
