How much does it cost to replace alternator belt in a 4 cylinder '02 chevy caviler?

alternator is making noise. the guy says bearings are loud and recommends replacing belt. has cracks on it. est $350
 
I got the job done for me for about a 100$ from a mobile mechanic, I do it myself now and I do it for the price of the belt.
 
Rock auto.com $20.00 to $25.00 for serpentine belt
Napa Auto --Alternator about $150.00 to $199.00
 
I have done a few alternators and one on a cavalier before. The parts are about 100 dollars and the beer is about ten...the rest is pretty easy. The hardest part is holding your beer! Just use your 1/2" breaker bar(might have been 3/8") and release the belt...after that you are talking 3-4 bolts. Reverse to get it back on. Shouldn't take more then 1/2 hr 45 minutes.
