how much does it cost to replace a right ball joint for a 1991 Honda civic?

im looking to buy a car and there are a few things that need to be replaced. oh and its s 1991 Honda civic.

it needs a new right ball joint

a new muffler

and an air condition pump

if you know the prices to any of these they would be appreciated
