to take in opening this restaurant? Hi i am very interested in opening my very own buffet restaurant in near future. I would like to know the average cost of opening the restaurant along with additional expences eg. advertising, utensils, grocery etc. Most likely this will be in the caribbean. Trinidad and Tobago to be exact. I would like to know the steps i need to take in achieving this goal in a matter of three years... Please help me with whatever information you can. Basically i need to know how much i should save to start my goal. Thankyou.
