How much does it cost to get more than one alltel internet modem?

So I'm on my dad's cell phone plan and he also has one of those USB modems that allows him on the internet. Well I don't live with him and I'd like to have one too so I can have internet at my house. Would he have to pay full price for another one every month or is there some kind of deal or something? We're with Alltel.
