How much does it cost to get a cigarette lighter in a 1991 Honda Civic LX?

the part, the labor and where would be the easiest place to get installed?
i need it to charge my cell phone and for my radar detector. Not to light anything. I bought it off a lot and i didn't come with one at all.
 
Gut feeling tells me that the cost of installing a cigarette lighter is cost prohibitive I'm not sure about the year of the vehicle but this may have an effect on the vehicles electrical wiring system.

Just a thought
