How much does it cost to fix a Honda Car door?

I own a Honda Accord LX. Some one backed into my car and hit the left passenger door. There is a dent in the door and some of the paint has chipped off. The dent isn't big and the door hasn't been badly damaged.
This happened in a public parking lot and I never found out who did this so I guess insurance won't play into this.

How much am I looking at to fix this? Will I be able to deduct this for taxes?
