How much does it cost to download your own ringtone for a rogers phone?

if you have texting, i would use phonezoo.com its 100% free and they have tons of wallpapers AND ringtones you can send to your phone.
 
i want to download my own ringtone for my cell phone from rogers.com, but it doesnt say how much it costs.
if you have a rogers phone and have done this before, how much did it cost?
