How much does it cost to be on internet for T-mobile if you don't pay for it monthly?

Ok so i was pretty sure I had locked my phone when i put it in my purse but obviously i didn't. I wanted to know how much it cost because i don't pay for internet in the first place. And it would really help if someone could tell me.
