how much does it cost and how long does it take to replace brake lines on a 1999

pontiac grand am? all four brake lines. my car has been in the shop for over 4 months now!!!!! i'm beyond mad! this seems rather ridiculous to me! heck it doesn't take this long to build a brand new car! what can i do????? i need my car fixed! what should this cost me?? this is a dealership, not a shade tree mechanic. a chevrolet pontiac and gm dealership, any suggestions on what i can do?

Something is very wrong with that shop.
Go get your car and dont pay them a dime, THEY owe you !
They must have drove and wrecked your car or something. Why have you let this go on so long ?
 
If they ordered original GM parts, it should cost $400. It should take less than 2 weeks to get anything. Tow the car to another mechanic.
