I bought myself a cannondale r400 sport, caad4 model. I'm about 173cm (5'7 or so) and have been told it's far too big for me. I changed the seat and the handlebars have been adjusted as well. It seemed ok to me and was actually pretty fun to ride!
I can reach the floor whilst sat down (just about) and stop at traffic lights fine. I've also done over 150km with my extra large continental tires so I don't see where the problem lies? I've been so paranoid about this because I'm reading loads online, but since i don't experience any health problems (pins and needles or whatever) does it really matter?
