Considering I was making 20 plus 3 percent commission at my last NYC cosmetics job in a department store (high end)....
I would be training on intimate apparel fitting for 3 months if I worked there. They say its a serious
position (sales associate but growing into career) It has a celebrity clientle and luxury brands but is a Boutique. (Famous store) but is a small business. In the past I have not had to negotiate for a small business but I want to be prepared. I usually start at 18 with commission and have good references and proof of what i made ( the 20 that i ended in per hour ) and (the 18 per hour in the begining). I have held jobs for long periods of time.
