...photography business) get paid? I've recently been approached to join a photography business as a photographer. This will be my first time being attached to a company and i'm wondering how much i should negotiate for as pay - is it usually on a per-job or per-hour basis? Also, how much of a cut should i get from print orders?
I've been freelancing for a while but haven't made the crossover to 'pro' just yet. My partner/boss will handle the business & marketing side, It is assumed that I'll do the photography and supply my own gear.
