How much does a Dodge dealership copy key cost?

I have a 2004 Dodge Stratus I bought and I made a copy at menards and the copy key won't work in my car because it doesn't have the "chip" that my original key has. I heard you can get a key from a Dodge dealership. How do I do this and how much does it cost?
