How much does a 4 year accounting course cost? Can I get a financial aid with a GED and being not a US citizen?

I'm planning to further my education...
I need to know the approximate cost of a 4-year accounting course ( with quality education) ? I am not a US citizen, and was wondering if it was possible to get a financial aid for pursuing my education? Would I be eligible for a schorlaship if I get a GED?
