1) at what time do you go to sleep (because going to bed is not the same thing, i take like an hour in my phone while in bed, before i actually fall asleep)
2) for how long?
3)when you sleep more than usual... is it better for you for the rest of the day?
4) do you have sleeping problems? moving too much, respiratory complications? insomnia?
5) when you go to sleep at a different time: do you wake up at the same time? or do you sleep your usual hours?
