How much do vets usually charge for putting a cast or just cleaning up and open

Wound on a cat? My cat has had a swollen paw for a couple days now, and recently the swolleness has went down a lot but now we've found this wound on his arm. We don't have a lot of money to be spending and i was just curious how much it would cost to get it looked at and stuff.

HEREs a picture of it, do you think it can heal on its own?
