I got my contract on December 24th and I was told that I get charged at the end of the next month.
My payment history is:
31-Dec-2010 Credit card £25.00 Payment
11-Jan-2011 Credit card £25.26 Payment
06-Feb-2011 Direct debit £3.59 Payment
31-Mar-2011 Credit card £25.00 Payment
So the dates I SHOULD have been charged are:
Jan 24th
Feb 24th
March 24th
April 24th
The only payment I have missed is April 24th, but on April 24th, they tried to take out £50. Which I only had enough for £25. My bank then charged me £10 for not having the funds for £50 and then t-mobile tried again a couple of days later, giving me another £10 charge. So in 2 days, I'm going to be charged £20 meaning I can't pay them the £25 for April 24th.
Today they have cut off my contract and they're saying I need to pay £60 (2x £5 for late y ) until they will give me it back. So I should only owe them £25, if anything £30.
Or am I wrong in thinking I pay for what I use and not pay for what im going to use?
