Haha no, a 125cc does no have half the power of a 250cc dirtbike that is just the size of the cylinder bore, a 125cc weights about 170lbs give or take and a 250 weighs about 250lbs give or take. I had a 2003 Cr250 and an RM125, i enjoyed the rm125 a lot more. 125's are great bikes and a lot more fun to ride. If you are buying a used bike (early 2000's) i would go with a KX125 or RM125, but if you are buying a 2005-new buy a Yamaha YZ125.
