I am in my early 20's and I plan on opening a small business within the next 3-5 years. I plan on investing some of my own savings but ultimately I know I need a bank loan for start-up costs and such. My concern is that I might have lack of credit history to be approved for such a loan. I have established some credit with a small loan and a credit card and Im debt free.I am also concerned about my lack of assets that the bank would want to see as well, I mean I don't own a house. Any tips or advice?
