I don't like this part of dating - the early on, just getting to know her, don't really even want to call it dating yet - part. But alas.
I'm not even sure I know the "rules" of dating anymore, as I do what feels right for me. I'm concerned because I don't know how other guys do it but I'm pretty laid back about contacting a girl, especially when I've just met her. I've hung out once with this girl, and we've texted each other about hanging out again, I'm just not sure that I'm behaving "normally". I don't text or call her to just chat. Do people do that? This early? We work in the same building and we see each other now and then, but the feeling I'm getting from her, well, she's told me she likes my company and goes out of her way sometimes to come see me...she's texted me just to chat once, when I first gave her my number.
What does everyone else do at this stage - how much communication?
