I am a council tenant on Pension Credit. If the council decide they want to do repairs to there property and they want to charge me, is there a maximum they can charge, and how would they bill me. Would they increase my rent buy a set amount every week and if so how much. I have been told they can only take £3 per week from me, is this correct.
