any one have personal experience? Me and my ex have been split up for 6 months and we have a son that is coming up for 3, i would like to see my son more then every other weekend and holidays but she tells me other parents have this amount of contact is fine she says i am not allowed to see him any evenings during the week as i will disrupt and confuse him, i call him every night but the calls are getting shorter and she would like them to stop as i am disrupting her life, she even moved away to make things harder because i wanted 50 50 custody , i would say i am a good dad to i bring him up on good morals toilet train him , help him learn cook healthy meals , read to him buy him cloths have a lovely clean home for him , give him all the love in the world i do all the things she does but she does not want me to see him much it all got like this when she got enaged again , How much would a court usely let a father like me see his son its not the route i wanted to go its fastly becoming the only possible way as she will not communicate about it ,i beleive its my sons right to she me as my right to see him
