how much can i lift untill i can stunt my growth?

okay i am in to baseball like big time for high school. and we lift weights everyday after conditioning for baseball. i want to know how much i can lift before i stunt my growth. i am still growing. i have a lot to grow i am goin to be 6'1" and i am 5'9" now. like we do chests, shoulders, biceps, triceps, abs, and legs. and i don't wanna stunt my growth at all. so what should i limit my self too if it is still possible for me to stunt it? and also is it safe for me to throw baseball after i lift weights?
