How much can a BBC wildlife camera man earn? and would they trained me?

I'm thinking and now seriously thinking what to do after college and i really like the idea of photography and filming wildlife in foreign countries and was wondering if anyone knew how much i could earn a year and if the BBC would train me?
Dieter, i am thinking about doing photography in college is this enough or is more needed? does anyone know for sure what i need and the salary?
