How much boost can i put on a honda civic?

I got a 1994 honda civic ex with a d16z6, I got like 3 piece design metal head gasket from Fel-Pro. That is the only thing i up graded on it, so how much boost do you thinks is safe to put on.
 
3-5 lbs. is all you can do safely.... The stock d16 motor is not made for a turbo... if you want to turbo it, do a swap (b16 is best) or do you internals (Pistons, Rods, Lifters) and put Low Compression pistons in it. I wouldn't reccomend turboing a d16 period though
