How much are these modeling agencies? (Ford, Elite, Barbizon, etc)?

I have heard modeling schools and agencies are FREE. Is there ANYTHING that cost money? Please give me every detail of what i should be expecting for. I am 12-18 years old and i live in Georgia. Is there any LEGIT companies in Atlanta that are free (or non expensive?) I want to convince my parents that this is not going to cost them a fortune. Please give me SPECIFIC details.

i already knew Barbizon was a ripoff, i was just naming ones that i know of.
 
Barbizon is a rip off! they lie to you to get your money!
go to an actual agencie!
ask if your parents know anyone. My parents did and she gave me some companys that were low key, didnt rip you off but still were great. But there in Boston! haha so hmm.. Check around. Ask Around just my advice screw Barbizon(JUST CROSS THAT ONE OFF):)
Elite that may be more legit, but harder to get in, you need t be like atleast 5'8' depending on your age too! and Ford IDk!
