The original GT40's are easily worth 6 figures and more often, at the bigger auctions, they fetch 7 figures.
The new Ford GT's are what ever the dealer can get for one (they listed in 2006 for $124,368 - but seldom were they sold without an additional, hefty dealer markup or, in some cases, even auctioned off to the highest bidder where the starting bid was the MSRP.)
