How much am I looking at for a 1994 Mazda MPV starter replacement?

I'm in Bay Area California. I'm under the assumption my starter finally died and I'm curious if anyone happens to know how much it costs to replace one.
 
may be up to $300 for the labor. Depends on hoe long it would take by there books.
